The Heart Cut

One of the newer indie bottlers on the scene, The Heart Cut was set-up by married couple Georgie and Fabrizio, who’ve worked in the whisky trade for years and know it well. They collaborate with distilleries from around the world, releasing only a few hundred bottles from a single cask that they’ve tasted and loved. Our selection are the bottles we know and drink, too, representing the unique and the best of the whisky world.
