Do I need to show ID when accepting my order?

Yes. Please show a valid passport or driving licence when accepting your order.

Do you host tastings?

At our store in Battersea, we have an enomatic for your use to sample eight of our wines at any one time. We aim to change the wines in the enomatic on a regular basis. We also hold regular tasting events. If you are interested in learning more, email us at shop@spywinesandspirits.com and follow us on Twitter and Instagram. Spaces may be limited, so please book in advance.

Can I return anything I have bought?

Yes, absolutely! Please bring the bottle you have bought from us to our store (unopened and in resaleable condition). We will offer you a full refund.

If you have opened a bottle of wine and found that it’s not up to the expected standard, please bring it to our store. We will either replace it or offer you a full refund.
