1. Shipping Locations We currently offer shipping services within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations at this time.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method. You will be provided with the shipping cost during the checkout process for your approval before making the final payment.

  • Free delivery for orders over £120

4. Order Tracking For your convenience, we offer order tracking for all shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

5. Delivery Address Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your full address, postal code, and any relevant delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Confirmation A signature is required from a person over the age of eighteen years old. If an adult is not available ti accept the delivery, the courier will refuse to deliver.
