Method Magic Starward sources all their materials from within a day’s drive. This includes red wine American oak casks from the Barossa Valley: unlike most red wine finishing, these Australian casks are wet and fresh - delivering a full hit of juicy redcurrants and raspberries right into the whisky. Melbourne’s capricious weather adds the rest, bringing out intense flavours and extra nuance. Only 383 bottles made. 🥃
