Method Magic Just 10 minutes from downtown Chicago, tucked down an alley, FEW Spirits is where craft meets character. This grain-to-bottle distillery does it all on-site: mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling. It’s true grain-to-glass magic. By law, rye whiskey must be at least 51% rye, but FEW goes up a beyond with 70% rye, 20% corn (for a touch of sweetness), and 10% malted barley in the mash bill. The spirit is then aged for 7 years in new American oak barrels and finished in Sauternes casks, adding a rich, honeyed depth. And who bottles it? None other than the World Whisky Awards’ Best Independent Bottler in the World—2024 & 2025. 🥃
