Method Magic The team at Folc aim to make a rosé that keeps all the freshness as well as retaining the aromatic profile of each grape variety in the blend. This is achieved by using modern techniques in the winery. Each grape variety is fermented separately from the others, to help it express its character best. The wines are then aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. This technique helps preserve the fresh fruit flavours and the crisp acidity of the wine.
