Method Magic Domaine Aélofan(e) is a small, cult-worthy Northern Rhône estate that captures the energy and elegance of modern Crozes-Hermitage. Farmed with care on limestone, classic clay, and galet soils, the vineyards are worked with a gentle, low-intervention philosophy that favours freshness, purity, and drinkability over brute power. The domaine is owned and run by Maxime Graillot, son of the late, legendary Alain Graillot, and while the influence of his father’s uncompromising standards is undeniable, Aélofan(e) is distinctly Maxime’s own vision; sleek, vibrant, and confidently contemporary.
