Working with hand-picked grapes sourced from trusted growers just a short drive from the city, Sergio takes a low-intervention approach: native yeast fermentations, minimal sulphur, and a focus on purity of fruit. For Controversy, the Pinot Meunier is whole bunch pressed, fermented in seasoned Burgundy barrels, and aged on its lees to build texture and quiet complexity. The result is a wine that blends traditional craft with London edge. It’s small-batch, thoughtfully made, and unapologetically different.
