Method Magic Moschopolis Malagousia Amphora (Aiora) comes from a small, family-run estate in Monopigado, Central Macedonia, where science meets soulful winemaking. Founded by soil scientist Dr. Georgios Germanis and now run by the next generation of the Germanis family, the winery farms organically and regeneratively, working by hand, using sheep for natural vineyard management and aiming for carbon-free, zero-waste production. The Malagousia is made in a deeply traditional way: whole grapes ferment on their skins in clay amphorae with native yeasts, then rest for several months in amphora before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphites. The result is a wine shaped by limestone-rich coastal soils, low-intervention philosophy and ancient vessels. Pure, textural and unapologetically expressive of place.
