Method Magic Pinot Noir grapes from Rim Rock Vineyard benefit from cooling Pacifc Ocean breezes, helping this famously finickety variety retain freshness. Winemakers Raj Parr and Sashi Moorman vinify their reds in concrete tanks, followed by short barrel ageing. Nothing else is added.
