Method Magic From their first beginnings with their first vines in the 1920s, the Regnard family has grown from strength to strength, recently building a state-of-the-art modern winery. The Chassagne-Montrachet vineyard is full of iron-rich clay-limestone soils, giving that refreshing mineral tone. That typical richness you expect from top-rung Burgundy comes from the concentrated fruit and full malolactic conversion with 12 months ageing in oak, 40% of which is new. The result is exemplary balance that keeps giving extraordinary flavour with each sip.
