Masterclass: Spy x The Heart Cut

Want to tour the world in whisky? We’re doing it all in one evening, 7:30pm on Thursday 18th September at Spy Wines & Spirits on Lavender Hill! Join us and the incredibly knowledgeable Georgie from The Heart Cut - a new Indie Bottler making waves on the whisky scene - for an exciting and varied masterclass.

Married couple Georgie and Fabrizio worked in the whisky trade for many years before launching their new venture. They travel to distilleries all around the globe, taste all the barrels they can find and bottle the ones they love. Each bottle of a Heart Cut release is one of only a few hundred, as delicious as they are rare. We’ll be trying our Spy selection, including a sherry-matured Irish dram, a Californian “experimental malt”, Australian whisky aged in Shiraz barrels and some brand-new English rye and single malt!

We’ll start with a whisky highball, and nibbles will be served throughout.
