Les Sommets de Rasteau is made from old Grenache and Syrah vines planted on steep, south-facing clay-limestone slopes high in Rasteau. The wine is traditionally vinified in concrete vats, with a three-week maceration and punch-downs under controlled temperatures, before ageing for 18 to 24 months in old oak foudres.
