    Chateau Mentone is a historic 170ha estate in Saint-Antonin-du-Var, dating back to 1033, and has been owned by the Perrot de Gasquet family since 1845. Since 2003 it has been run by Marie-Pierre Caille, who has restored and renovated the property, and converted to organic and biodynamic practices.
