The nose is a gorgeous swirl of lemon curd, white peach, and spring blossoms, lifted by toasted hazelnut and a cool, stony edge. On the palate, it’s all finesse, zesty citrus and juicy orchard fruit dance over crisp acidity, with just the right touch of oak. The finish is long, salty, and laced with spice, leaving a clean, mineral shimmer. Classic Puligny with Premier Cru polish, bright, focused, and effortlessly stylish. Pure and precise, with fleshy stone fruits, salinity and fresh citrus acidity. Great definition and intensity.

Method Magic This 15-hectare estate is now in the hands of dynamic husband-and-wife duo Alexandra and Yann Pascal. Since 2018, the winemaking has seen a refined touch: extended élevage, with whites spending around 9 months in barrel (new oak kept to a whisper), followed by over 4 months on lees in tank for added depth and texture. A gentle filtration before bottling and the use of Diam corks ensure precision and consistency in every bottle. Pure classicism – surprisingly so, given the year’s challenges. From March to September, near-perfect weather blessed the vines. A touch of rain here and there, but mostly sunshine, producing thick-skinned, healthy grapes. Harvest kicked off early, Crémant on August 17th, all wrapped by the 30th – their earliest yet. Fermentations went smoothly, and the wines are showing that sweet spot: subtle richness balanced by freshness and nerve.
