Method Magic Domaine de Pellehaut is family estate run by Martin and Mathieu Béraut, going strong for 400 years and producing cereal, cattle and wine! This biodiverse Gascon plot is expressed through the balanced blend of grape varieties producing their rosé and white wines. Their rosé is made via the 'saignée' method, where the first run of the juice is 'bled' off to preserve its light colour and specific aromas of bright red fruits and hints of orange and peach. The Domaine has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2015.
