Method Magic Brothers Carlo and Daniele Cantalici started farming their plot of land in Gaiole, Chianti, over 30 years ago. They now have 60 hectares under organic cultivation, with galestro and alberese soils helping drain the ground and imparting minerality into the wines. The grapes are hand-harvested, with careful fruit selection. The wine is aged for 12 months, 70% in French oak barrels (half new oak) and 30% in stainless steel tanks, for a complex interplay of flavours from this celebrated terroir.
