Drums>Space is a field blend from South Bank Vineyard in Essex, planted on clay soils between the Crouch and Blackwater rivers. The 2022 combines 40% Pinotin and 30% Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay and Sauvignac making up the remaining 30%. The varieties are co-fermented with indigenous yeasts in small open-top fermenters, before ageing in Burgundy oak barrels. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
