Method Magic Grown across diverse Victorian vineyard sites and co-fermented with careful cap management, this wine is all about finesse in extraction. After fermentation, it matures in a mix of French oak and 800-litre clay amphora—the latter left to macerate on skins for an extra 90 days. The result is a complex blend led by Pinot Gris, with supporting roles from Greco, Moscato, Vermentino, Riesling and more. Between Five Bells is part of the Lethbridge family, founded by scientists-turned-winemakers Ray Nadeson and Maree Collins, where data meets dirt and every bottle tells a story.
