Method Magic Grown in the rugged La Quinta vineyard on Tenerife’s northern slopes, Vidueño is the work of Jesús: winemaker, traditionalist, and quiet revolutionary. The blend is a vibrant mosaic of native grapes (Listán Negro, Vijariego, Castellana, Negramoll, Listán Blanco, and Albillo Criollo) all harvested together and co-fermented with skins and stems intact. No added yeasts. No filtering. Just a brisk three-day ferment in traditional horizontal cement tanks, followed by a year in well-worn French oak barrels. Organic, vegan, and completely unadorned, this is natural winemaking at its most intentional. A field blend with soul, structure, and a true sense of place. Serve slightly chilled with grilled dishes, braised meats, or simply on its own.
