Method Magic Made from local varieties Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza, by Akareggi Txiki, a proudly traditional producer, having made their region's classic oenological style in the same farmhouse for several generations. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and then left on the lees for 3 months. Bottled with a touch of residual CO2 for that crucial Txakoli spritz.
