This Scillian red has characteristics of cherries and currants along with other slight notes (rose petal, earthiness, dark chocolate and smoke). The silky tannins are refined and are complimented by the mineraly finish. A long finish.

Try with: Fish soups, Tuna tartare, Mushrooms, Fillet or Braised lamb.
