The grandfather Silvano handed the reins to sons Fernando and Lorenzo, and now the third generation is pitching in, making it a true family vineyard adventure. The Ciappi family grows Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes with care, letting the Tuscan sun do its magic while keeping things sustainable and natural. Grapes are hand-harvested and treated like VIPs in the winery. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve all that fresh fruit, floral notes, and mineral charm, with a gentle rest on fine lees for balance. The result? Crisp, lively Vernaccia that’s pure Tuscan joy in a glass, showing off the terroir, tradition, and a touch of the family’s personality with every sip.
