Method Magic Torelló Corpinnat Brut Reserva comes from Torelló Viticultors, a historic, family-owned winery rooted in the Can Martí estate in Penedès, which the Torelló family has farmed since 1395… yes, really. Today, more than 20 generations later, the estate is organically farmed and entirely estate-grown, with the family still firmly in charge. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed by variety, and vinified on site before being blended and bottled for a traditional second fermentation in the bottle. The wine then ages at least 18 months on its lees, building those signature creamy, brioche-like notes, before disgorgement, with the date proudly shown on the label. Everything, from vineyard to cellar, follows the strict Corpinnat standards, independently certified, ensuring transparency, origin, and serious quality. Old soul, modern mindset, and a sparkling wine that proves tradition can still feel very cool.
