Master Distiller Produced in small batches, each 75cl bottle begins with a base wash fermented from a blend of unrefined sugar and molasses. The wash is then distilled in 60-litre, hand-beaten copper pot stills. Following distillation, the spirit is aged for 6 to 12 months in ex-Bourbon casks of two different sizes.
