Method Magic It is aged for Laureano Oubina. Reveleste Albariño comes from Bodegas Laureatus in Rías Baixas, Spain’s Atlantic-cooled playground for seriously good white wine. Grown on sandy, granitic soils just a stone’s throw from the ocean, the vines soak up sea breezes and sunshine that keep the fruit fresh, zippy, and full of energy. Everything is hands-on here: grapes are picked by hand, treated gently, and fermented cool in stainless steel to lock in bright citrus, stone fruit, and that unmistakable salty snap. No oak, no fuss!
