Aged over six years on lees and disgorged in small batches from 2017 with zero dosage, it’s Champagne with nothing to hide, no sugar, no gloss, just place, time, and tension doing the heavy lifting. Rémy Lequeux, who’s quietly rebooted his family estate with a modern, soulful edge, makes wines that balance energy with finesse, and this one is no exception. Only 3,778 bottles exist (2007 vintage), making it as special and under-the-radar as it gets.
