Method Magic Bryan and Jocelyn joined Bryan's brother David in producing wines in Australia's Murrumbateman appellation in 2001. Not necessarily natural-wine-purists, they definitely aim to let the "terroir" speak, trying to bring out the best of the grapes in their Grove Hill vineyard in the Hilltops subregion. The grapes are allowed to macerate on their skins for a while to bring out their texture, before ageing for 9 months in 500L puncheons. The result is expressive in both flavour and texture.
