Spanning 20 hectares across 35 prime plots in 8 celebrated villages, the Gonet family has been crafting exceptional Champagne for seven generations. Today, award-winning winemaker Pierre Gonet carries the legacy forward. This rosé is a showstopper: 90% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs village of Vertus delivers elegance and freshness, while a touch of Pinot Noir adds bold structure and vibrant fruit. Grown in living soils, free of insecticides and herbicides, nourished only with bio-fertilizers, the vineyards are proudly certified HVE3 & VDC. The Champagne is aged for 3 years in the cellar before disgorgement.
