Method Magic Born in 1830 and rooted in the prestigious village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger - yes, the same neighbourhood as Krug. Across 20 hectares and 35 prized plots in 8 iconic villages, the Gonet family has been crafting exceptional Champagne for seven generations. Today, award-winning winemaker Pierre Gonet carries the legacy forward. This rosé is a showstopper: 90% Chardonnay blended with 10% Pinot Noir red wine from the Côte des Blancs village of Vertus, for refreshing bubbles with tangy red fruit notes. This NV (non-vintage) wine is made up of 70% 2020 vintage with 30% from reserve wine. Grown in living soils, free of insecticides and herbicides, nourished only with bio-fertilizers, the vineyards are proudly certified HVE3 & VDC. The Champagne is aged for 3 years on the lees before disgorgement, for that all-important brioche note.

Champagne Philippe Gonet is a family-run grower Champagne house based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the great Chardonnay villages of the Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1830, the estate is now in its seventh generation, with brother and sister Pierre and Chantal Gonet continuing the family's work.

The domaine has around 20 hectares of vines spread across 35 plots in eight villages, with Chardonnay playing a particularly important role. Rather than producing Champagne to a single house style at large scale, Philippe Gonet's wines reflect the character of its vineyards and the family's long connection with the Côte des Blancs.
