Method Magic Philippe himself is the third generation of the Glavier family to be tending to the Chardonnay grapes of the Cote des Blancs - while his wife, Veronique, is the 12th of her family! They've been producing their wines since 1995, and have built a reputation for crafting powerful Champagnes that leave a lasting impression. Their Grand Cru plot in Cramant makes their Genesis' cuvée, vinified in stainless steel before undergoing malolactic fermentation. The result is aroma-forward expression of the terroir.
