Method Magic Domaine Stentz-Buecher is a tight-knit, family-run Alsace estate in Wettolsheim, born in 1975 when Jean-Jacques and Simone Stentz united two long-standing winegrowing families and a shared vision. Today the domaine farms around 12–13 hectares, certified organic by Ecocert since 2010, ditching chemical fertilisers and pesticides in favour of healthy soils and hands-on vineyard work, blending manual care with smart mechanical precision. The philosophy is simple but serious: minimal intervention from vine to bottle, patient observation, carefully monitored fermentations, and letting the wines evolve naturally so purity and terroir shine through. The next generation keeps the momentum strong, with Stéphane Stentz steering viticulture and winemaking after his studies and international experience, while his sister Céline leads sales and communication. It’s a seamless mix of heritage, modern thinking, and unmistakable Alsace character.
