Method Magic Grapes from the estate vineyard (around 420m altitude) are hand-picked and destemmed into open fermenters. Fermentation is worked gently with pump-overs and hand plunging, followed by 2–4 weeks on skins to build depth and texture. The wine is matured for 10 months in older French oak barriques, allowing the fruit to stay front and centre. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it retains its natural vibrancy and supple structure.
