Deep crimson colour, with lots of juicy strawberry and ripe blackberry fruits, plus Mediterranean herbs and a touch of pepper. Velvety tannins make this bold wine a real pleasure, especially when paired with some home-made French cooking.

Method Magic Lirac shares the same ancient galets roulés stones, red clay soils and over 2,500 hours of sunshine each year as the finest Rhône wines, creating intense flavours in these superbly moreish wines. Laurent and Julien Bréchet farm the 25 hectares of Moulin des Chenes with minimal intervention and biodynamic practices, encouraging the concentrated notes of these 50-year-old vines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with wild yeasts, followed by 10 months in underground concrete vats, encouraging the preserving the purity of the fruit while allowing the wine to develop texture and complexity before bottling.
