    This dry gin not only has 47 botanicals, it also has an ABV of 47. It is spicy and elegant with hints of cinnamon and vanilla amoung others. Really refined.

    Distilation method: 47 botanicals are steeped for 36 hours in a combination of neutral distillate from sugar beet molasses and Black Forest spring water. This then goes through a steam extraction in a Carter-Head still, then placed in clay vessels for 100 days.
