A sweet wine made from partially dried grapes to concentrate aromatics and sweetness. Aromas of intense floral (orange blossom and white flowers), along with honey, peach, apricot and citrus notes. The palate is sweet yet fresh and balanced, offering mandarin orange, glazed nectarine, grapefruit granita, candied ginger, orange zest and subtle spice tones like cardamom. It’s relatively full-bodied and long. The finish is lively and persistent, supported by bright acidity that prevents cloying heaviness.

Method Magic Maculan is a family-owned estate based in Breganze in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. Founded in 1947 by Giovanni Maculan, the winery rose to international prominence when his son, Fausto Maculan, took over in the 1970s. He shifted the focus from bulk production to high-quality, terroir-driven wines. Today, he is supported by his daughters Angela (sales/export) and Maria Vittoria (winemaker), managing roughly 35–40 hectares of vineyards. The soils are volcanic and tuffaceous on hillside at the foot of the Asiago Plateau, where a mild climate and well-drained land support quality viticulture. Dindarello is produced from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes that are hand-harvested and dried for about a month in ventilated lofts (appassimento). This concentrates the sugars and aromatics. Gentle pressing and fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve varietal freshness.
