Grapes & Type Chardonnay · White Wines 🟢

Method Magic The grapes are hand picked to ensure the best grapes are selected and minimum damage occurs to each bunches. Indigenous yeasts are used to ferment the wine. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation. This softens the wine and gives it complexity. Aging happens in a combination of stainless steel vats and oak.
