Method Magic The Brochet family are true pioneers of the Grower Champagne movement - launching their first bottle in 1881! The leader of the family, Marie Arsène, employed massale selection to cultivate the best vinestock, and over a century later the family still benefits from excellent viticultural management in their village of Ecueil, in the Montagne de Reims. Now, sibilings Hélène and Louis manage 13 hectares under HVE (High Environmental Quality) certification, specialising in Pinot Noir. The grapes used in this Vintage Rosé came from Premier Cru sites, from 30-year-old vines, lending extra concentration and purity of flavour to the resulting wine. Maturation takes place in both stainless steel and oak.
