Old-fashioned 'Col Fondo'/Ancient Method bone-dry zero dosage sparkling pink from the Veneto. Slightly cloudy, with beautifully refreshing wild strawberry and delicate rose petal notes.
The Ca'di Rajo family have been making wine in Piave since 1931, and don't compromise on quality, owning all their own vineyards, and preserving traditional varieties and winemaking techniques.
