Method Magic Las Acequias Bonarda is crafted from estate-grown grapes in Medrano, Mendoza, where the Correas family farms vineyards sustained by centuries-old acequia irrigation channels fed by pure Andes snowmelt. The fruit is hand-harvested and carefully handled, then destemmed and gently crushed before temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. An extended maceration draws out deep colour and bold flavour, followed by malolactic fermentation for natural softness. The wine is then aged for around six months in French oak, with additional bottle rest before release, creating a Bonarda thatโs rich yet polished, juicy fruit, smooth texture, and unmistakable Mendoza character.
