A lush and seductive dessert wine that pours a deep ruby with vibrant violet flashes. Seductive aromas of sun-ripened plum, black cherry and dried fig layered with hints of vanilla, caramel and dark chocolate. On the palate it is velvety textured and decadently sweet whilst being beautifully balanced. Its bright acidity lifting the rich wave of ripe red and black fruits, subtle spice and cocoa notes. The supple tannins add structure without heaviness. Irresistibly indulgent!

Method Magic Produced by Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate, a family-anchored winery in the Cafayate Valley in Salta’s Calchaquí Valley, Argentina. Lucía Romero Marcuzzi, a third-generation vineyard owner and director steered the estate toward modern, terroir-focused winemaking. He honours its heritage and promotes sustainability and community initiatives. The winery’s vineyards are planted at very high altitudes, between 1,700–2,500 m above sea level. Here strong sunlight and significant daytime temperature variation produce grapes with concentrated fruit and crisp acidity. At the winery, the focus is on gentle cellar handling to reflect the distinctive micro-terroirs. Grapes are picked late, in the second half of April. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation is followed by 8 months ageing in new French Oak barrels.
