Method Magic Magan Kunin has continued her late husband, Seth's winemaking legacy with some recent cuvees gaining recognition as some of Santa Barbara's best. Unlike most of their neighbouring wineries, however, Kunin has focussed on producing an elegant style of wine from Rhone varietals. The philosophy of the winery is minimal intervention, with spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts and long maceration, before 9 months ageing in old oak barrels to soften.
