Grapes & Type Cortese · White Wines 🟢

Method Magic The Cortese grapes are grown on the southwest-facing slopes of the Monferrato hills, 250-400m above sea level. The soil is limestone-clay, and the vines are trained with the low-Guyot system. The bunches are then hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel. Before bottling, the wine is aged briefly on lees for added texture to complement its complex flavours and refreshing acidity.
