    Dry and crisp, with a saline minerality balanced by ripe stone fruits, hay, wet slate and green apple notes.

    The grapes are from 30 year old vines, grown on limestone. The wine undergoes 12 hours sin-contact, and is fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit flavours.

    Ingrid was originally on the corporate-ladder at Coca-Cola, before deciding to return to her roots, and the family vineyard in 2010, revitalising the estate, which was founded in 1817, and converting it to organic in 2016.
    Since 2010 she has been pursuing her goal to bring a change in the philosophy of Weinvertel DAC, working hard joining other winemakers to bring it to the international forefront.
