Bright and aromatic, opening with notes of violets, strawberries, peach and a touch of vanilla cream on the finish.
An unusual bottle, made from 100% Malbec, but vinified as a white wine. The grapes are pressed very gently with minimal skin contact, so the juice remains pale.
Crafted by Colosso Wines, driven by a young, innovation-focussed team led by Adrián Toledo, whose passion for experimentation infuses their terroir-led style.
