A distinctive Loire white that combines the generous texture of Pinot Gris with the freshness and mineral precision more often associated with the region’s finest Sauvignon Blancs. Grown on Kimmeridgian clay soils, it offers vibrant citrus, peach and lychee flavours layered over a crisp, flinty backbone that gives the wine exceptional focus and finesse. Domaine Guillemain is a small, family-run estate in Reuilly, where Jean-Sylvain Guillemain and his daughters farm a handful of hectares with a focus on expressing the character of this overlooked Loire appellation. Elegant, energetic and beautifully balanced, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, roast chicken or creamy mushroom dishes.
