    Unique Pinot Noir made with Sake yeast. The delicate yeasts provide a complex and aromatic palate that balances the fresh fruit aromas of blueberry, cherry, strawberry and cassis.

    Vina Marty was founded in Chile by French Winemaker Pascal Marty in 2008, to blend old-world expertise, with new-world terroirs, after working with iconic wines such as Opus One & Chateau Mouton Rothschild.
    Ê In Tokyo, 2012, to meet the importer of Vina Marty wines, who was also a master of Sake, they discussed Sake yeasts. After 4 years of negotiations, Pascal managed to convince the assosciation of Japanese Sake producers to allow him access to the yeasts, to make wine. He is currently the only non-Japanese person allowed this access.
