Method Magic Born in 1830 and rooted in the prestigious village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where the seventh generation, Pierre and Chantal Gonet, are carrying the legacy forward (and collecting more awards and recognition for their hard work). They tend to 20 hectares across 35 prized plots in 8 iconic villages - the Chardonnay grapes for their 'Signature' cuvée come from the Côte des Blancs, the Côte de Sézanne, and Montgueux. After harvesting, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel, with 3 years on lees before bottling at Brut dosage (7 g/l).

Champagne Philippe Gonet is a family-run grower Champagne house based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the great Chardonnay villages of the Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1830, the estate is now in its seventh generation, with brother and sister Pierre and Chantal Gonet continuing the family's work.

The domaine has around 20 hectares of vines spread across 35 plots in eight villages, with Chardonnay playing a particularly important role. Rather than producing Champagne to a single house style at large scale, Philippe Gonet's wines reflect the character of its vineyards and the family's long connection with the Côte des Blancs.
