Grapes & Type Gewurztraminer · White Wines 🟢

Method Magic It is aged for Aged for 18 months in 40yo French barrels. The grapes are carefully hand picked and crushed carefully using a pneumatic press, this allows for a purer more refined juice. Fermentation happen using natural yeasts, which makes vinification more difficult but adds a unique character to the wine. The wine is then aged on its fine lees for approx 7 months. The wines are then filtered just before bottling, this gives the wine an extended aging period leading to extra complexity and balance in your wine glass.
