Method Magic The magic happens in a 450 L hybrid still, where botanicals and spirit come together for a steamy session. As the heat rises, steam wafts through a botanical basket, gently teasing out all those delicate, aromatic flavours. The vapour then takes a flavour refining joyride through seven copper plates, getting smoother and cleaner with every pass, until it emerges as a pristine, punchy distillate at around 94% ABV. Then it's time for a taste test, a little dilution down to a perfectly balanced 41.8% ABV, and a quick stroll, just 10 metres, to the bottling line. No chill filtration here, thank you very much. That means every drop keeps its essential botanical oils. Sure, your G&T might go a little cloudy when chilled, but that’s just flavour showing off.
