Method Magic Geoffrey Delouvin, a 10th-generation winemaker, crafts remarkable Champagne from just 7.5 hectares of vineyard in the picturesque village of Vandières. He produces two distinct lines—Delouvin-Nowack and Famille Delouvin—and it was the latter that stole our hearts instantly. For Famille Delouvin Fauve, both Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are harvested and pressed together, then aged for nine months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine spends five full years on the lees before release. No dosage is added—this is pure Brut Nature, Champagne at its most honest and precise. Famille Delouvin wines are bold and intricately layered, their luxurious texture and depth shaped by an exceptional solera system. The result is Champagne with rare character: rich, focused, and endlessly expressive.
